1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 5jli Platform in any manner, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform or create an account. We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Platform following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when these Terms were last revised.

1.1 Legal Authority

5jli operates under the regulatory oversight and licensing authority of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). All gaming services provided through the 5jli Platform comply with applicable laws and regulations governing online gambling in the Philippines. Users accessing the Platform from jurisdictions outside the Philippines are responsible for ensuring that their use of 5jli services complies with local laws and regulations in their respective locations.

1.2 Binding Agreement

These Terms create a binding legal agreement between you and 5jli. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement and that you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you are acting on behalf of any entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The 5jli Platform is strictly available only to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older. By creating an account with 5jli, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in immediate account suspension or termination. Any individual under the age of 21 who attempts to access or use the 5jli Platform will have their account permanently closed, and all funds may be forfeited.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

The 5jli Platform is intended primarily for users located in the Philippines. Users accessing the Platform from other jurisdictions must ensure that online gambling is legal in their location and that they comply with all applicable local laws. 5jli reserves the right to restrict access to the Platform from certain countries or regions where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by law. We may use geolocation technology to verify your location and may block access if you are located in a restricted jurisdiction.

2.3 Account Creation

To use the 5jli Platform, you must create a user account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process. You may only create one account per person. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all accounts and forfeiture of any balances. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. 2.4 Identity Verification

As part of our commitment to security and regulatory compliance, 5jli requires all users to verify their identity. You may be required to submit copies of government-issued identification documents (such as a passport, driver's license, or national ID card), proof of address, and other documentation as reasonably requested by 5jli. We reserve the right to suspend account functionality, including deposits and withdrawals, until satisfactory verification is completed. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account closure.

2.5 Account Restrictions

Each user is permitted only one account on the 5jli Platform. You may not allow any other person to access or use your account, and you may not access or use any other person's account. Accounts are non-transferable and may not be sold, gifted, or otherwise transferred to any third party. 5jli reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and may forfeit any winnings or bonuses associated with such accounts.

3. Account Funding and Transactions

3.1 Deposits

Users may fund their 5jli accounts using the payment methods available on the Platform, which may include but are not limited to GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers through major Philippine banks (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, etc.), and cryptocurrency options. All deposits are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise specified. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed during the deposit process and may vary by payment method. Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method used.

3.2 Withdrawals

Users may request withdrawals of available account balances through the cashier section of the Platform. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification requirements, and first-time withdrawals may require additional documentation. 5jli aims to process withdrawal requests within 15 minutes for e-wallet transactions during business hours, though processing times may vary based on the withdrawal method, verification status, and other factors. 3.3 Fees and Charges

Users are responsible for any fees charged by their banks, e-wallet providers, or other payment service providers. All transactions are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP), and any currency conversion fees are the responsibility of the user.

3.4 Bonus Terms

5jli offers various bonuses and promotions to users, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. Bonus terms are clearly stated in each promotion's terms and conditions. Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, may result in bonus forfeiture and account closure.

4. Gaming Rules and Conduct

4.1 Game Rules

Each game available on the 5jli Platform has specific rules that govern gameplay, payouts, and betting limits. Users are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing bets. Game rules are accessible through the information or help section within each game. In the event of a dispute regarding game rules or outcomes, 5jli's decision shall be final and binding.

4.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting services on 5jli are subject to specific rules governing bet placement, odds calculation, settlement, and dispute resolution. Bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant sports governing body. In cases where an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled according to our sports betting rules. 5jli reserves the right to void bets, limit stakes, or close accounts if suspicious betting patterns are detected.

4.3 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a system malfunction, communication failure, or other technical error that affects game outcomes or bet settlement, 5jli reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. Users should report any technical issues immediately to customer support. Continued play after becoming aware of a malfunction may result in voiding of all related bets and potential account action.

4.4 Prohibited Conduct

Users must not engage in any form of cheating, collusion, fraud, or other dishonest behavior. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: using automated betting systems or bots; exploiting software vulnerabilities; participating in chip dumping or other forms of collusion; engaging in bonus abuse; using multiple accounts; sharing account access; engaging in money laundering; or any other activity that violates the spirit of fair play. 5jli employs advanced monitoring systems to detect suspicious activities, and violators will face immediate account closure and potential legal action.

5. Responsible Gaming

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 5jli shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use or inability to use the Platform. 5jli's total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Platform shall not exceed the amount of funds deposited into your account during the six months preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory upon which the claim is based.

7.1 Service Availability

While 5jli strives to maintain continuous Platform availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. 5jli shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from Platform downtime or unavailability.

7.2 Force Majeure

5jli shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions, power failures, internet disruptions, or other force majeure events.

8. Account Termination

5jli reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Grounds for account termination include but are not limited to: violation of these Terms; fraudulent or illegal activity; abuse of bonuses or promotions; failure to provide required verification documents; self-exclusion request; or prolonged account inactivity. Upon account termination, you must cease all use of the Platform. Any remaining balance in your account at the time of termination (excluding forfeited funds due to Terms violations) will be returned to you following standard withdrawal procedures.

8.1 User-Initiated Closure

Users may request account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon request, we will close your account and process any withdrawal of remaining funds, subject to verification requirements and any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Closed accounts cannot be reopened.

9. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting 5jli customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, the dispute shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

If you have a complaint about any aspect of 5jli's services, please contact our customer support team with details of your concern. We will investigate all complaints promptly and fairly. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures.

10. Miscellaneous Provisions

10.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

10.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 5jli regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

10.3 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without 5jli's prior written consent. 5jli may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, without restriction.

10.4 Waiver

No waiver by 5jli of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition, and any failure by 5jli to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
